The short version: you keep ownership of what you send. You give us permission to use it. We review everything by hand, honestly. You can take it back.
1. It's yours to share. The footage, photo or evidence you submit is your own work, or you have the right to share it with us.
2. Permission to use it. You give the Dire Wolf channels (including "Fentanyl: Population Control?" and "The Moment Everything Changed") permission to use your submission — in whole or in part, edited for length and clarity — in videos, shorts, posts and promotions, on YouTube and related platforms, without payment. Your name or handle will be credited unless you tell us not to.
3. Honest treatment. We review submissions honestly. We may conclude on air that material is genuine, unexplained, explained, mistaken, or a hoax. Submitting does not guarantee your material will air, or that it will be presented as genuine.
4. People in the footage. You confirm anyone clearly identifiable in your submission consented to be filmed, and that it shows no identifiable minors.
5. Taking it back. You may withdraw your submission at any time before it airs by emailing us at send@caughtstrange.com. If it has already aired, we will remove it from future use and, where we reasonably can, take down or edit the published piece.
6. Nothing for sale. Submissions are never sold to third parties.
